Mountain Jim’s ice creams, teacakes and other snacks all started being created at the Stewart kitchen table, from ideas, attempts (I like to create ‘on the fly’), failures and successes. From suggestions (“Dad, don’t make that again…”) to observations (“This is great!…You didn’t write it down again, did you?…”), the challenges of making healthy, appetizing meals and snacks for 3 growing boys fueled the creativity for what is now Mountain Jim Foods, LLC.
