Here’s how we roll

1. Mountain Jim’s does not retain any credit card information from customers once the order is processed and recorded.

2. All orders are filled in the order in which they are received. Large corporate orders may delay fulfilling any smaller or individual orders, and should be planned for accordingly by those placing orders.

3. Customer delay in ordering may affect the release and shipping time of order. Customer is responsible for any delays due to their actions.

4. Mountain Jim’s is not responsible for any shipper delays.
   Shipper delays due to incorrect addresses presented by customers are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Mountain Jim’s is not able to make changes to orders once the order is released and delivered to the shipping service.

6. Mountain Jim’s reserves the right to make items substitutions when necessary.*By continuing and completing their order, customer acknowledges the acceptance of all terms and condition.

7. Extra charge for recipient signature confirmation, delivery confirmation.
